The business combination of Clean Earth Acquisitions Corp (CLIN/R/W/U) and Alternus Clean Energy, Inc. closed today, Friday, December 22, 2023. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Common stock (CLIN) will undergo a name, symbol and CUSIP number change.
