The business combination of Energem Corp. (ENCP/W/U) and Graphjet Technology closed today, Thursday, March 14, 2024. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Ordinary Shares (ENCP) will undergo a name and symbol change, and the company's Units (ENCPU) and Warrants (ENCPW) will be suspended from trading. There will not be a change of CUSIP. These actions will become effective on Friday, March 15, 2024.
