At a special meeting held on February 22, 2024, the shareholders of Rover Group, Inc. Class A Common Stock (ROVR) approved the acquisition by Biscuit Parent, LLC, a private equity fund affiliated with Blackstone Inc. The merger closed prior to the market open on Tuesday, February 27, 2024. In anticipation of the closing, the stock was halted immediately following the after-hours session at 8 p.m. on February 26, 2024. The stock will remain halted on the day of closing (February 27th) and will be suspended effective February 28, 2024. The details are as follows:
