The business combination of BurTech Acquisition Corp. (OTC: BRKH/W) and Blaize Holdings, Inc. closed today, Monday, January 13, 2025. As a result of the business combination, the combined company will list the Common Stock (BZAI) on the Nasdaq Global Market and the Warrants (BZAIW) on Nasdaq Capital Market. Each share of pre-business combination BurTech Acquisition Corp. Common Stock (OTC: BRKH) will be exchanged for one of a share of Blaize Holdings, Inc. Common Stock (Nasdaq: BZAI). Each warrant of pre-business combination BurTech Acquisition Corp. Warrant (OTC: BRKHW) will be exchanged for one of a share of Blaize Holdings, Inc.
