The business combination of Iris Acquisition Corp. & Liminatus Pharma, Inc. (LIMN) closed today, April 30, 2025. As a result of the business combination, the combined company will list the Class A Common Stock (LIMN) and the Warrants (LIMNW) on Nasdaq Global Market and Nasdaq Capital Market, respectively. Each share of pre-business combination Iris Acquisition Corp Common Stock (OTC: IRAA) will be exchanged for one of a share of Liminatus Pharma, Inc. Class A Common Stock (Nasdaq: LIMN). Each warrant of pre-business combination Iris Acquisition Corp Common Stock (OTC: IRAAW) will represent the right to purchase shares of LIMN common stock on the same terms and conditions of Warrant.
