The business combination of Perception Capital Corp IV. & Blue Gold Limited (BGL/BGLWW) closed today, June 25, 2025. As a result of the business combination, the combined company will list the Class A Ordinary Shares (BGL) and the Warrants (BGLWW) on Nasdaq Global Market and Nasdaq Capital Market, respectively. Each share of pre-business combination Perception Capital Corp IV. (OTC: RCFAF) will be exchanged for one of a share of Blue Gold Limited Class A Ordinary Shares (Nasdaq: BGL). Each warrant of pre-business combination Perception Capital Corp IV (OTC: RCFWF) will represent the right to purchase shares of BWL Class A Ordinary Shares on the same terms and conditions of Warrant.
