The merger of HomeStreet, Inc. (HMST) and Mechanics Bancorp resulting in a Change of Control closed at 12:01 am on Tuesday, September 2, 2025. HMST was halted at or around 7:50 p.m. on August 29, 2025. Following the completion of the merger, the company's Common Stock (HMST) underwent a name and symbol change. The CUSIP number will not be changing. The combined Class A Common Stock will list on the Global Select Market. These actions became effective on September 2, 2025.
