The business combination of Columbus Circle Capital Corp I (BRR, BRRWW, BRRWU) and ProCap Financial, Inc. closed today, Friday, December 5, 2025. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Class A Ordinary Shares (BRR) and Warrants (BRRWW) will undergo a name and CUSIP number change. The symbols (BRR and BRRWW) will stay the same. The company's Units (BRRWU) will be suspended from trading. The combined company will be domiciled in Delaware. These actions will become effective on December 8, 2025.
