The business combination of PowerUp Acquisition Corp. (PWUP, PWUPW & PWUPU) & Aspire Biopharma, Inc. closed on Monday, February 17, 2025. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Class A Ordinary shares (PWUP) and Warrants (PWUPW) will undergo a name, symbol, and CUSIP number change and the company's Units (PWUPU) will be suspended from trading. These actions will become effective on Thursday, February 20, 2025. The combined company will list the Common stock (ASBP) on the Nasdaq Global Market and the Warrants (ASBP) on the Nasdaq Capital Market. Additionally, the combined company will be domiciled in Delaware.
