At a special meeting held on March 13, 2026, the shareholders of Monroe Capital Corporation (MRCC) approved a merger with Horizon Technology Finance Corporation (HRZN). The merger is tentatively scheduled to close on April 14, 2026. Along with the merger consideration, the shareholders of record on April 10, 2026 will receive a cash distribution of approximately $0.60 per share. The ex-dividend date for the cash distribution is TBA; subject to the completion of the merger closing. Any trading thru the close of business on April 14, 2026 will carry the right to receive the special cash dividend. The final distribution will be paid on April 17, 2026.
