Hexagon AB (HEXAB), which is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, has announced a spin-off of Octave Intelligence plc to shareholders of record on May 22, 2026. Shareholders of HEXAB are entitled to receive one Octave Intelligence plc SDR (which represents one underlying Class B ordinary share) for every 10 shares held. Following the distribution of the SDRs, holders of Octave Intelligence plc SDRs may convert their SDRs into Class B ordinary shares beginning on May 25, 2026. The Class B ordinary shares listed on the Nasdaq Global Select market on May 21, 2026, on a when issued basis, with regular way trading commencing on May 28, 2026.
