On July 27, 2026, DataMeds AI, Inc. (MEDS) formerly Wellgistics Health, Inc. provided an updated announcement regarding a distribution of Dream Bowl 2026 Meme Coin to shareholders of record as of August 7, 2026. Participating Holders will be required to open a digital wallet with Datavault AI Inc. and execute an Opt-In Agreement, pursuant to which such holders will agree, among other things, to the payment conditions set forth therein, and acknowledge that such holders understand the process for receiving the Dream Bowl 2026 Meme Coin. The distribution of the meme coins to MEDS shareholders will not be quoted EX by Nasdaq.
