The re-domiciliation of WISeKey International Holding Ltd (WKEY) from Switzerland to British Virgin Islands via a merger between the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary, WISeQey Corp became effective on October 1, 2026. Upon completion of this transaction, the American Depositary Shares currently listed on Nasdaq will be terminated and converted into new ordinary shares under the new corporate name and ticker symbol of WISeQey Corp (WQEY). ADS holders will be converted into one-half (.5) of a new Ordinary Share for every one (1) American Depositary Share held. The details are as follows:
