Pursuant to the previously announced merger of Wright Medical Group Inc. (WMGI) and Tornier N.V. (TRNX), Wright Medical Group, Inc. Common Stock (WMGI) and Contingent Value Rights (WMGIZ) will be suspended on October 2, 2015.

Tornier N.V. (TRNX) will be the surviving entity.  It will have a name change to Wright Medical Group N.V. and CUSIP change, and will assume the ticker symbol WMGI at the open of business on October 2, 2015.

Wright Medical Group N.V. Contingent Value Rights will be listed on October 2, 2015 and will assume the ticker symbol WMGIZ.

As a result of the merger, Wright Medical Group, Inc. (WMGI) and Wright Medical Group, Inc. Contingent Value Rights (WMGIZ) will be suspended from trading. The details are as follows:
