In honor of Veterans Day and in celebration of our nation’s upcoming 250th anniversary, Nasdaq is proud to host a Remote Opening Bell Ceremony aboard the historic USS Intrepid at the Intrepid Museum. Nasdaq will observe a one-minute moment of silence at 9:20 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) in remembrance of all those who have served in honor of Veterans Day. In recognition of the occasion, U.S. Senator Jerry Moran (KS), Chairman of the Senate Committee on Veterans’ Affairs, will ring the Opening Bell. This special ceremony will bring together leaders from across the public and private sectors, members of the military community, and partners who share in our commitment to advancing opportunity and honoring service. |
