Nasdaq is implementing infrastructure enhancements to improve platform performance and resiliency. As a result, all Disaster Recovery (DR) FIX order entry ports will be assigned new IP addresses.

No action is required for production ports, and participants will not need to request new ports. Existing DR ports will remain unchanged; only the associated IP addresses will be updated.

PHLX, NTX Options and Nasdaq Options Market

Beginning Monday, August 31, 2026, Participants will have two IP addresses assigned to each port: the current IP address and the new IP address, but Participants will not be permitted to connect to the new IP addresses until September 14, 2026 . Beginning September 14, 2026, and concluding November 2, 2026, Participants may log into their DR ports on either IP address. Beginning Monday, November 2, 2026, Participants will be required to utilize the new IP addresses assigned to their DR order entry ports.
