Extended FINRA/Exchange TRF Operating Hours Effective March 30, 2026

    In accordance with FINRA Regulatory Notice 25-15, the FINRA TRFs (FINRA/NYSE; FINRA/Nasdaq Carteret and the FINRA/Nasdaq Chicago) will begin supporting trade reporting starting at 4:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on business days effective March 30, 2026.

  • Effective Monday, March 30, 2026, the FINRA/NYSE Trade Reporting Facility, the FINRA/Nasdaq Trade Reporting Facility Carteret and the FINRA/Nasdaq Trade Reporting Facility Chicago (TRFs) will extend their operating hours from opening at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) to opening at 4:00 a.m. ET each business day.

  • The UTP SIP will support real-time dissemination of TRF trades beginning at 4:00 a.m. each business day.

  • Like other trades outside regular trading hours, TRF trades during the new 4:00 a.m. ET to 8:00 a.m. ET reporting period should contain the Sale Condition ‘T’ (Extended Hours Trade), which are ineligible to update the Consolidated high price, Consolidated low price, and Consolidated last price.
