The business combination of AMCI Acquisition Corp. II (AMCI/W/U) and LanzaTech NZ, Inc. closed on Wednesday, February 8, 2023. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Class A Common stock (AMCI) and Warrants (AMCIW) will undergo a name, symbol, and CUSIP number change and the company's Units (AMCIU) will be suspended from trading.
