The business combination of Pinnacle Financial Partners, Inc. (PNFP & PNFPP) & Synovus Financial Corp. (NYSE: SNV) with Steel Newco Inc. will automatically become effective at 11:59 PM ET on January 1, 2026. As a result of the business combination, the common stock and Depositary shares of Pinnacle Financial Partners (PNFP/PNFPP) will be suspended from trading.
