What you need to know:

Effective Tuesday, May 20th, 2025, Nasdaq will begin disseminating the following new index on Nasdaq Global Index Watch (GIW) and the Nasdaq Global Index Data ServiceSM (GIDS).

What is the new index?

The Nasdaq Nexus 12% NC Index is designed to provide an all-cap strategy that allocates exposure amongst specified Nasdaq equity Indexes based on a monthly evaluation of changes in interest rates and inflation. Allocation changes occur over a five-day period. In addition, the Index uses the truVol® Risk Control Engine to dynamically adjust exposure on a daily basis with the aim of achieving a 12% volatility target.

How is the Index disseminated?

On Tuesday, May 20th, 2025, data recipients will receive real-time index information from the proprietary GIDS data feed with the following attributes:
