Effective Friday, December 19th, 2025, Nasdaq will begin disseminating the following new index on Nasdaq Global Index Watch (GIW) and the Nasdaq Global Index Data ServiceSM (GIDS).

What is the new index?

The Nasdaq-100 Bitcoin Trends 15% Index is designed to provide exposure to the Nasdaq-100 Total Return Index® and Bitcoin while targeting a 15% level of volatility. The index uses the truVol® Risk Control Engine to dynamically adjust exposure to the Nasdaq-100 Total Return Index on a daily basis with the aim of achieving the volatility target.

How is the Index disseminated?

On Friday, December 19th, 2025, data recipients will receive real-time index information from the proprietary GIDS data feed with the following attributes:
