Pursuant to Rule 11890(b) Nasdaq, on its own motion, in conjunction with NYSE ARCA, CBOE Exchanges, MEMX, 24X and FINRA has determined to cancel all trades in security 2x Long VIX Futures (UVIX) at and below $58.10 that were executed on Nasdaq between 04:00:00 and 04:30:00 ET. This decision cannot be appealed. Nasdaq will be canceling trades on the participants behalf.
