At a special meeting held on May 27, 2025, the shareholders of Xylo Technologies Ltd ADS (XYLO) approved a Scheme of Arrangement with Pure Capital Ltd. The scheme closed prior to the market open on August 22, 2025. The stock was halted immediately following the after-hours session at or around 7:50 p.m. on August 21, 2025.
