The business combination of HCM II Acquisition Corp. (HOND/W/U) and Terrestrial Energy Inc. closed today, Tuesday, October 28, 2025. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Class A Ordinary Shares (HOND) and Warrants (HONDW) will undergo a name, symbol and CUSIP number change. The company's Units (HONDU) will be suspended from trading. The combined company will be listed on the NASDAQ Global Select and domiciled in Delaware. These actions will become effective on October 29, 2025.
