As previously announced in ETA #2025-70, Nasdaq will adopt a new billing methodology in alignment with Rule 610 amendments announced by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Please note that the implementation of this change will be updated to February 2nd, 2026.

There is no change in timing for the new SEC’s “Round Lot” definition that will be effective on November 3rd, 2025; for more details please review ETA #2025-85. The list of Nasdaq listed round lot securities will be effective starting November 3rd, 2025 and the complete file can be found at Nasdaq Round Lot Updates File.
