Nasdaq’s increased fees support continued investments in broadening our product coverage, advancing our technology capabilities, including cloud-based enhancements, and ensuring we can continue to provide exceptional service and support to our clients.
Why is Nasdaq increasing the registration fee?
The increase reflects continued investment in platform enhancements and expanded service capabilities, including:
- Migration of NFN Registration and NFN Valuation services to the cloud, completed in 2026 following the initial transition of NFN Registration in Q4 2024.
- Launch of an enhanced NFN web service, providing clients with direct access to fund information and the ability to submit requests online, reducing reliance on email-based communication.
- The cloud allows scalability and robustness in data, enabling NFN to process and disseminate larger volumes of data more efficiently.
- Cloud-based API-enabled report access, providing faster and more efficient retrieval of valuation and pricing reports.
How can I find out more about these features and enhancements?
The Nasdaq Fund Network Operations team is happy to provide a walkthrough of the new cloud-based web service to existing and potential NFN customers. Please reach out to nfnops@nasdaq.com if you would like a demo.
