The NASDAQ OMX PHLXSM (PHLX®) Sponsored Access Program allows a non-member Sponsored Participant to be provided with electronic access, through a sponsorship arrangement with a Sponsoring Member Organization, to enter and execute orders on all products traded on PHLX.
PHLX shall be available for entry and execution of orders by Sponsored Participants with authorized access. To obtain authorized access to PHLX, each Sponsored Participant must enter into a Sponsored Participant Agreement with PHLX in such form as PHLX provides.

- Sponsoring Member Organization Access Agreement
- Sponsored Participant Agreement
- Sponsored Participant Addendum to Access Agreement
