Nasdaq ISE Pricing - Effective July 3, 2017

Effective Monday, July 3, 2017, pending filing with the SEC, the following changes will apply to options transactions on Nasdaq ISE.

NASDAQ ISE

  • The Priority Customer Regular Order taker fee in SPY will be $0.30 per contract. All other Market Participant taker fees in SPY will remain as is.
  • The Priority Customer Regular Order taker fee in IWM, QQQ, and VXX will be $0.35 per contract. All other Market Participant taker fees in IWM, QQQ, and VXX will remain as is.
  • The Priority Customer Regular Order taker fee in all other select symbols will be $0.44 per contract. All other Market Participant taker fees in all other select symbols will remain as is.

INET MIGRATION FOR NASDAQ ISE

  • Select symbols that migrate to INET between July 3rd and July 30th,as noticed by Nasdaq ISE in Options Trader Alert #2017-51 will not be subject to Market Maker Plus Tiers 1-3 for the month of July 2017. Symbols scheduled to migrate on July 31st will only use activity from July 3rd through July 30th 2017 for purposes of qualifying for Market Maker Plus Tiers 1-3 for the month of July 2017.
  • Market Makers will have a fixed connectivity fee for the entire migration period from T7 to INET. Members’ average monthly API session fees incurred between the months of March through May 2017 will apply during the migration for the months of July through September 2017. As such, current Market Makers will not be charged for SQF and Purge Ports during this migration period.
