Effective Friday, May 1, 2015, PHLX is reducing the Complex Order Opening Process (COOP) and Complex Live Auction (COLA) duration from 250 milliseconds to 100 milliseconds. As of May 1, 2015, participants will have 100 milliseconds to submit interest in response to a complex opening auction notification or complex auction notification after which the auction will end and executions may occur.
