The NASDAQ Options Market (NOM) offers participants a price/time priority trading system running on NASDAQ OMX's proven world-class technology. The trading system offers low-latency trading, routing to other exchanges, price improvement, and sophisticated trading functionality such as reserve and minimum acceptable quantity (MAQ) orders.
How to Become a NOM Participant
To become a member of NOM:
- Firms must be NASDAQ members and submit all applicable documentation. Existing NASDAQ members can skip to number 2.
- Complete the Options Participant Application.
- Firms that are not self clearing need to complete a Letter of Guarantee. Self clearing firms need to complete this Letter of Guarantee.
- Currently, there is no application fee for The NASDAQ Options Market.
