NASDAQ Options Membership

The NASDAQ Options Market (NOM) offers participants a price/time priority trading system running on NASDAQ OMX's proven world-class technology. The trading system offers low-latency trading, routing to other exchanges, price improvement, and sophisticated trading functionality such as reserve and minimum acceptable quantity (MAQ) orders.

How to Become a NOM Participant

To become a member of NOM:

  1. Firms must be NASDAQ members and submit all applicable documentation. Existing NASDAQ members can skip to number 2.
  2. Complete the Options Participant Application.
  3. Firms that are not self clearing need to complete a Letter of Guarantee. Self clearing firms need to complete this Letter of Guarantee.
  4. Currently, there is no application fee for The NASDAQ Options Market.
