What you need to know:

Nasdaq is implementing enhancements and changes to the Daily List that will be available via Nasdaq Data Link, effective March 31, 2027.

Why is Nasdaq making this change?

Nasdaq is modernizing the Daily List to better align the product with the evolving ways customers access and consume data. This transition provides an opportunity to enhance the customer experience, modernize delivery methods, improve resiliency, and make Daily List information available through Data Link and using technologies that customers increasingly use across their Nasdaq data workflows.

The change also provides greater flexibility for Nasdaq to continue evolving the Daily List experience and introduce future enhancements in response to changing customer needs.

What is changing?

Nasdaq is enhancing the Daily List experience by introducing API-based access through Nasdaq Data Link. Customers will be able to access Daily List information through the API, providing a more streamlined way to integrate the data into their existing workflows.

SFTP delivery will continue to be available through Nasdaq’s SFTP functionality for customers who prefer file-based delivery.

Historical Daily List information will be available through a historical table on Nasdaq Data Link, providing customers with a centralized way to access both current and historical information.

As part of the Daily List transition, Nasdaq will introduce updates to how Daily List information is made available to customers.

Daily List information will be subject to a 15-minute buffer prior to distribution. In addition, Nasdaq will make select information available free of charge and publicly accessible through Nasdaq Data Link prior to this buffer period, providing broader access to key issuer and security information.

These changes are intended to modernize the Daily List experience while continuing to provide customers with access to important issuer and security information.

How can Daily List be accessed once the data is available on Nasdaq Data Link?

Nasdaq intends to offer Daily List through Data Link as part of enhancements to our product experience. There will be a parallel migration to transition customers to the new platform. Nasdaq will provide an additional notice regarding the transition in the coming weeks, including information and instructions to help customers prepare for the the new delivery options. Daily List data will continue to be available through the existing SFTP server leading up to the migration deadline.
