The business combination of Boxwood Merger Corp. (BWMC/W/U) and Atlas Intermediate Holdings LLC is expected to close on Friday, February 14, 2020. As a result, the common stock and warrant will undergo changes to the corporate name, symbols, and CUSIP numbers. The Unit (BWMCU) will be suspended from listing on the Nasdaq Stock Market.
