The business combination of Ritter Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (RTTR) and Qualigen, Inc. will be completed today, Friday, May 22, 2020. As a result, the common stock of Ritter Pharmaceuticals, Inc. will undergo a one-for-twenty-five (1-25) reverse stock split along with a name, symbol, and CUSIP change. RTTR stockholders will also receive one non-transferable contingent value right (“CVR”) for each share of RTTR common stock held immediately prior to the merger closing, payable upon surrender. The combined company will be named Qualigen Therapeutics, Inc. (QLGN). The details of the name, symbol, and CUSIP changes are follows:
