The business combination of Apex Technology Acquisition Corporation (APXT/W/U) and AvePoint, Inc. became effective today, Thursday, July 1, 2021. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Common stock (APXT) and Warrant (APXTW) will undergo a change of name, symbol, and CUSIP number. In conjunction with these changes, the common stock and warrant will list on the Global Select Market. The unit (APXTU) will be suspended from trading. These actions will become effective on Friday, July 2, 2021.
