The business combination of Nebula Caravel Acquisition Corp. (NEBC/W/U) and Rover Group, Inc. became effective today, Friday, July 30, 2021. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Common stock (NEBC) and Warrants (NEBCW) will undergo a name, symbol, and CUSIP number change and the company's Units (NEBCU) will be suspended from trading. In conjunction with the change of name, the new issues will list on the Global Market. These actions will become effective on Monday, August 2, 2021.
