The business combination of Finnovate Acquisition Corp. & Scage Future (SCAG/W) closed today, June 27, 2025. As a result of the business combination, the combined company will list the American Depositary Shares (SCAG) and the Warrants (SCAGW) on Nasdaq Global Market and Nasdaq Capital Market, respectively. Each share of pre-business combination Finnovate Acquisition Corp. (OTC: FNVTF) will be exchanged for one of a share of Scage Future American Depositary Shares (Nasdaq: SCAG). Each warrant of pre-business combination Finnovate Acquisition Corp (OTC: FNVWF) will represent the right to purchase shares of SCAG common stock on the same terms and conditions of Warrant.
