What is happening?
NASDAQ OMX PSXSM (PSXSM) has announced that the Lead Market Maker program for Exchange Traded Products, originally introduced in ETA 2013-41, will be postponed until a date to be determined.
In order to conduct further analysis of how such a program can best serve market participants that trade ETPs, PSX has withdrawn the proposal from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and will refile a modified version at a later date for SEC approval.
