Pending filing with the SEC, Saturday, July 1, 2017, Nasdaq will implement the following pricing changes.

Update to Nasdaq Membership Fees

Monthly trading rights fee

Amended Market Maker (“QMM”) Program

A firm that meets the criteria of Tier 2 under the QMM Program and that has a combined Consolidated Volume (adding and removing liquidity) of at least 3.7% during the month will be assessed a discounted remove fee of $0.0029 in Tapes A and B for shares executed (in securities priced at or greater than $1).



Pending filing with the SEC, Saturday, July 1, 2017, BX will implement a new display adding tier.
