Trade Settlement and EX dates for Wednesday, December 5, 2018

As outlined in Equity Trader Alert #2018 - 98, Nasdaq U.S. equities and options markets will be closed on Wednesday, December 5, 2018, in observance of the passing of President George H.W. Bush.

Although Wednesday, December 5, 2018 is not a valid trade date, it will be considered a valid settlement date and all trades executed on Monday, December 3, 2018 will settle in the usual manner on Wednesday, December 5, 2018.

All trades on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 and Thursday, December 6, 2018, will settle on their regular settlement dates, Thursday, December 6, 2018 and Monday, December 10, 2018, respectively.

As a result of the market closure on December 5, 2018 all stocks which would normally have been ex-dividend on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 (with a record date of Thursday, December 6, 2018), shall be ex-dividend on Thursday, December 6, 2018. All stocks with a record date of Friday, December 7, 2018, will also be ex-dividend on Thursday, December 6, 2018.
