What’s Changing?

The Nasdaq Compliance Dashboard (“Compliance Dashboard”) is being re-written on the WorkX product stack due to end-of-life Angular components in the current user interface. The Nasdaq Compliance Dashboard combines three compliance offerings (Trade-Through Alert, Short Sale Monitor & Limit Locator) into a single-access dashboard. Each of the three compliance offerings is available via individual subscriptions within the Compliance Dashboard. The Compliance Dashboard will be seamlessly updated in WorkX, and no action is required by customers. There will be no impact on 30-day historical data alerts and no impact to email alert settings.

Migration Process and Timeline:

Nasdaq will be releasing the new Compliance Dashboard (“new”) in parallel with the current Compliance Dashboard (“legacy”) from 10/13/2025 to 12/5/2025. Customers are encouraged to migrate their compliance activity to the Compliance Dashboard (new) during the parallel period to avoid disruptions when Compliance Dashboard (legacy) is retired on December 8th, 2025.
