Documenting and Clarifying the Nasdaq Cancellation Policy

Effective December 1, 2020, Nasdaq is publishing the Data Operations Cancellation Policy, which formally documents the procedures for cancelling a Nasdaq Market Data product. The policy document and related form will be published on Nasdaqtrader.com.


What is changing?

The existing cancellation policies are not changing, but Nasdaq has clarified current procedures by formally documenting them in the Data Operations Cancellation Policy. Nasdaq is also introducing a Cancellation Form as way for clients to clearly communicate product and provider information to Nasdaq.
