What terms have been added?
The primary update is the new section on indicative values. This details the limited rights that Distributors have to create and distribute indicative values of Nasdaq indexes. The addition of defined terms such as End of Day data has been provided to clarity terms. A new section with a log of policy version updates has been provided.

When are the new policies effective?
The new policy is effective immediately.
