What is changing?
Nasdaq is committed to providing clear and comprehensive policies for market data administration as such, the new policy can be found here. Nasdaq, in response to customer feedback, is providing policy guidance and clarification for its Enhanced Display Solution (EDS) as it relates to:.
- Monitoring for excessive usage as part of the product application and approval process.
- Submission of an EDS declaration form and a System Application form, found here .
- Summary and Detailed reporting. Instructions are at this Link.

Will Nasdaq contact EDS firms to discuss this change?
Current EDS customers should be in touch with their sales directors regarding the policy clarification, documentation and timeliness, as well as any potential next steps.
Firms are required to fill out and return the proper documentation as well as cure systems if needed, within the following 90 days.
