On June 30,2023 Liberty Media Corporation (BATRA, BATRK, FWONA & FWONK) announced a redemptive split-off of Atlanta Braves Holdings, Inc.

At the effective time of the Split-Off, expected to be after the close on July 18th, Liberty Media will redeem each existing share of its Liberty Braves Series A Common Stock (BATRA) for one new share of Atlanta Braves Holdings, Inc. Series A Common Stock (BATRA) & each existing share of its Liberty Braves Series C Common Stock (BATRK) for one new share of Atlanta Braves Holdings, Inc. Series C Common Stock (BATRK).

As a result of the split off, Liberty Braves Series A Common Stock & Series C Common Stock (BATRA & BATRK) will be suspended from Nasdaq effective July 19, 2023 and two new securities, Atlanta Braves Holdings, Inc. Series A Common Stock (BATRA) & Atlanta Braves Holdings, Inc. Series C Common Stock (BATRK), will be listed on Nasdaq effective on July 19, 2023.

Nasdaq requests that market data redistributors note this is a symbol reuse and history should NOT carry over from current BATRA to new BATRA or from current BATRK to new BATRK on the effective date.
