Shareholders of Duck Creek Technologies, Inc. (DCT) are scheduled to meet on March 28, 2023 to consider and vote on the proposed merger of the company with and into Disco Merger Sub, Inc., a direct, wholly owned subsidiary of Disco Parent, LLC. If approved, the subsequent merger is anticipated to become effective prior to the open of business on March 30, 2023. In anticipation of the closing, the stock will be halted following the after-hours session at 8:00 p.m. ET on March 29, 2023.
