Nasdaq GEMX Port Pricing – Effective July 1, 2017

Effective July 1, 2017, pending filing with the SEC, the following changes will apply to Nasdaq GEMX.

NASDAQ GEMX

With Nasdaq GEMX now migrated to Nasdaq systems we will begin to charge for the following port services:

Port Type Rate
OTTO Port Fee $650 per port, per month, per account
CTI Port Fee $650 per port, per month, per account
FIX Port Fee $650 per port, per month, per account
FIX Drop Port Fee $650 per port, per month, per account
Disaster Recovery Port Fee $50 per port, per month, per account
Market Data Port Fee $0 per port, per month, per account

OTTO Ports, CTI Ports, FIX Ports, FIX Drop Ports and Disaster Recovery Ports are subject to a monthly cap of $7,500.

Please remember to cancel any legacy GEMX Only ports that are no longer being used. We will be removing the GEMX Market Maker API port fees and EAM Option API for Nasdaq GEMX Only effective July 1st. However, EAM Option API and FIX sessions which can still be used to reach the FIX bridge or ISE continue to be available and fee liable until they are canceled by the client.
