- The NASDAQ OMX Futures Exchange (NFX) Nominating Committee met on Thursday, April 9, 2009 to select nominees for the Board of Directors.
- The NFX Annual Meeting of Shareholders will take place on Monday, May 11, 2009.
- The Record Date for the Annual Meeting is April 13, 2009.

When is the Annual Meeting of Shareholders for the NASDAQ OMX Futures Exchange?
The NASDAQ OMX Futures Exchange, Inc.SM (NFXSM) Annual Meeting of Shareholders will take place on Monday, May 11, 2009, pursuant to By-Law Article III, Section 4. The Board of Directors of NFX, pursuant to By-Law Article X, Section 3, approved April 13, 2009, as the record date for the Annual Meeting.
Who has the Nominating Committee selected for nominees for the NFX Board of Directors?
The NFX Board of Directors consists of nine (9) directors which include: the Chairman, President, four Public Directors and three directors who shall qualify as commercial interest representatives pursuant to Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) Regulation 1.64. A public director is defined in NFX Rule 34.
The NFX Nominating Committee met on Thursday, April 9, 2009, and selected the following nominees for the Board of Directors: Chris Concannon, Chairman; Ben Craig, President; Albert S. Dandridge, III, commercial interest director; and Kevin M. Fischer, commercial interest director.
How can NFX Members submit nominations for the NFX Board of Directors?
Pursuant to NFX By-Law Article III, Section 6, members may submit nominations for the positions of five directors. A petition shall be made in writing with the Office of the Secretary c/o the Nominating Committee on or before April 27, 2009, at 5:00 p.m.
