Nasdaq PHLX Deletes Rule Pertaining to Maximum Number of Quoters

Effective immediately, Nasdaq PHLX (Phlx) will remove the limitation on the maximum number of quoters that can be assigned in an option series.

All new applicants for trading privileges will be subject to the process for assignment described in Rule 507. Phlx considers all applicants for assignment in options using the objective criteria set forth in Exchange Rule 507(b).
