Effective Friday, June 30, 2017, pending filing with the SEC, the following changes will apply to transactions on Nasdaq ISE. NASDAQ ISEAs part of the ISE migration to INET, there will be no fees or rebates for executions in the following symbols on the INET trading system. Volume executed in these symbols today will not be counted towards a member’s tiers for June activity. These symbols will revert back to normal pricing on July 3, 2017. ACN, ACOR, ADM, ADSK, AEO, AFSI, AGNC, AMJ, AOBC, ASHR, BBT, BK, BKD, BSX, BTE, BV, CBI, CCL, CIEN, CLR, CME, CNQ, and IBM In addition, activity in the following symbols that are Select Symbols will not be counted for purposes of determining Market Maker Plus tiers ADM, ADSK, AGNC, ASHR, BBT, BK, BSX, CIEN, and IBM |
