Pending SEC approval, Nasdaq MRX will introduce complex order handling in Early Q2, 2019. MRX will support the same complex order functionality currently available on ISE.

More details are available in the FAQ.

    MRX Spread Feed

NASDAQ will offer the Nasdaq MRX Spread Feed – comprised of four components: Top Quote, Depth of Market, Order and Trade information for complex instruments only. This feed will be offered on the same day complex order functionality is introduced on Nasdaq MRX.

The Nasdaq MRX Spread Feed will share the same specifications as the Nasdaq ISE Spread feed.

A separate announcement will be made in Q1 2019 to provide additional details on the Spread Feed and ordering procedures.

Nasdaq Options Test Facility (NTF) Connectivity

The Port Request Form for the NTF environment for MRX is now available for requesting FIX, OTTO or SQF ports. Nasdaq Subscriber Services will provide IP and connectivity details as participants request ports. Participants that want to gain access the MRX spread feed in NTF should note the request in the ‘Additional Comments’ section of the Port Request Form. The NTF environment will be available for participant testing in Q1 2019.

    Conformance Testing

Conformance testing will be required in the NTF environment prior to participants gaining production access to MRX complex order functionality. However, if participants have already conformed for complex order functionality on ISE, further certification for MRX will not be required.
